WHAT’S THE SPIEL?
The spiel? Hmm. OK. If you need to sell something, then you need to either establish, expand or change customer perception. You can only do this by creating and fostering a brand identity that does this. If you don’t, you fail to articulate yourself to the people that need to understand you the most — your customers.
